Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You can return all articles purchased from the Luxue Silver Online Shop within 14 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be unworn and invoice must be included. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank.
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is in process. If your order status is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges and we will always try our best to accommodate you at the least cost.
